"Trio"

"Trio" - Abstracts by Heather Dilatush, Florals and Still lifes by Kathy Guzman, and Photography by Mike Marno - will be on display at Gallery West, second floor gallery, from August 6 - August 31. Please join the artists for a reception at the gallery on Sunday, August 17 from 5:30-8pm. A Second Thursday Art Walk reception will also be held on Thursday, August 14 from 6-9pm. An All-Members exhibit will be in the main gallery.

Gallery West at Green Spring Gardens

There is still time to view the Green Spring Gardens exhibit in the beautiful Historic Manor House. Green Spring Gardens Park is located at 4603 Green Spring Road, Alexandria, Virginia. The exhibit is on display until August 25.

Here's what some of our artists are up to this month:

Mary Allen was juried into the Central Virginia Watercolor Guild's Annual Fall Show in Charlottesville. The show will be in September.

Linda Bankerd had a work juried into the August 'Scapes show at the Art League.

Helen Dilley Barsalou had a painting selected for the Art League Landscape show at the Torpedo Factory. It will run for the month of August. The painting depicts a California mountain with the sunset casting a rosy glow on the normally white rocks.

Gallery hours are Wednesday - Sunday, 11a.m. – 6 p.m.

On the second Thursday of each month,
the gallery participates in Old Town’s “Second Thursdays”
art walk and remains open until 9 p.m.
